Rural Student Success Initiative - Check-in #1

Join this inaugural cohort of rural students from all majors!

If you are from outside one of Tennessee’s major population centers, you are likely considered to be a rural student. This year, we’re bringing you extra support and scholarships designed with you in mind.

This initiative includes special opportunities to connect, get oriented, and set yourself up for academic and personal success this academic year.

During Check-in #1, we'll welcome representatives from each college at Austin Peay, as well as Student Affairs and Student Success. You'll also get the opportunity to:
- Meet faculty, advisors, and other students just like you
- Connect with campus resources
- Prepare for spring course registration
- Set goals for the future

There will be big-ticket prizes up for grabs for attendees, and pizza will be served.
