Hello Social Work Club Members,
We are looking for volunteers to represent the APSU Social Work Club at the Govs Preview Day Academic & Organization Fair on Saturday, September 26.
This is a wonderful opportunity to share information about our club, connect with prospective students and their families, and help showcase the social work program at APSU.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, September 26
Location: Red Barn Gymnasium in the Memorial Health Building
Fair Hours: 9:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
The table and chairs will be set up by 8:45 a.m., and all participants must be fully set up by 9:15 a.m.
Each reservation includes one table, two chairs, and a white tablecloth. If more than two representatives attend at the same time, additional volunteers should be prepared to stand or bring their own chairs.
The Food Hall will be open following the event, and the Office of Admissions will provide vouchers for anyone who would like to enjoy lunch on campus.
If you are interested in volunteering, please reply to this email and let me know the times you are available. Even if you can only help for part of the event, your support would be greatly appreciated.
