The Accounting Society at Austin Peay is an accounting-focused organization open to all APSU students. Advocates For Autism aims to create acceptance beyond what is often referred to as “awareness” and to educate the campus about autism and the experiences of individuals with autism. We provide an inclusive environment for students who have an official autism diagnosis but also welcome those who identify closely with the characteristics and may not have a diagnosis on paper. Beyond that, we welcome students who would like to learn more about people with autism and those who serve as allies. Advocates For Autism hosts social and educational events to expand beyond the stereotypical view of what it means to be autistic.

The APSU Grappling Club is a student-run organization dedicated to promoting the art and sport of grappling, focusing on Jui-Jitsu and Wrestling. Our club provides an inclusive environment for students of all skill levels, whether you're a beginner eager to learn or an experienced grappler looking to refine your techniques.

We offer regular training sessions to build fundamental skills, improve physical fitness, and develop mental toughness. Members will learn essential grappling techniques, strategies, and principles while building discipline and confidence.

The APSU Grappling Club also offers opportunities for competition and personal growth, encouraging members to challenge themselves through friendly sparring, drills, and participation in local tournaments. Voice in Instrument Funding Decisions

Here are some things that you can be looking forward to each week at the BCM this year:

FAMILY GROUPS - Family groups take place once a week at various locations across campus and at many different times. Family groups are a great way for students to connect with one another, study the Bible, grow in their relationship with the Lord, and build community. This a a great opportunity for YOU!

REFUGE WORSHIP SERVICE: Refuge is our weekly worship service that takes place once a week at the BCM. We meet every Thursday night at 7pm! This is a great opportunity for college students to come alongside one another to worship together!

ECHO AND FLOURISH - We will continue to have men's and Women's ministry events worship services together. We will have echo and flourish once a month this semester at the BCM. Check out our Instagram for more info!

Beta Beta Beta (TriBeta) is a society for students, particularly undergraduates, dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study and extending boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research. Since its founding in 1922, more than 200,000 persons have been accepted into lifetime membership, and more than 553 chapters have been established throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

TriBeta was founded in 1922 at Oklahoma City University--the Alpha Chapter--by Dr. Frank G. Brooks and a group of his students. The idea of an honor and professional society for biology students spread rapidly and by 1925, the society was a national organization. Biennial national conventions of student and faculty members began in that year and in 1930 the society journal, BIOS, began publication of student research, articles of interest to biologists and society news. As the society grew, it was divided into regional and district groups, each of which holds a convention annually. At the heart of every district and national meeting are student research papers presented in the style of graduate meetings. Awards are given for outstanding individual and chapter accomplishment.

Membership Criteria and Types of National Memberships

Active Membership ($55 one time fee)
A. You must be a student Majoring in Biology.
B. You must have completed or be enrolled in a third course of Biology and be in your fourth semester of school.
C. You must have at least a 3.0 GPA in Biology
D. You must be in good academic standing with at least a 2.5 overall GPA.

Associate Membership ($40 one time fee)
A. If you do not meet the above Active Membership guidelines, you may still be a nationally recognized associate member. Associate members may not hold an office.

Graduate Membership ($50 fee)
TriBeta is open to all Biology graduate students.

APSU Only:

Chapter Membership ($30 annually or $15 per semester)

To participate in Eta Pi chapter you must be an active member in good standing. All National members are required to be Chapter members, National Membership is not required.
