Becoming a member of the Student Tennessee Education Association (STEA) gives aspiring educators early access to professional support, networking, and career resources. Members can participate in workshops and conferences, build leadership skills, connect with future and current teachers across Tennessee, and receive guidance on certification exams, student teaching, and entering the profession. STEA membership also often includes liability coverage during field experiences, scholarship opportunities, and discounts, making it a valuable, affordable way to prepare for a successful career in education.
